Longmont Library adds Creativebug to online offerings

The new online service features more than 1,000 arts and crafts tutorials by professional instructors

As the air chills, daylight shortens, and the pandemic continues, we’re all seeking new ways to reduce stress and have fun indoors. Just in time, the Longmont Public Library introduces a new online service aimed at doing just those things.

Creativebug features unlimited access to over 1,000 ad-free, concisely edited classes in high-quality HD video, free with a library card. Whether it’s painting, knitting, paper crafting, baking, or scrapbooking, Creativebug can help just about anyone find that creative outlet they need.

New classes from top artists are added to Creativebug every day, and downloadable patterns, templates and recipes are available. The service offers projects for all ages and abilities, including children, and transcripts are available for most tutorials.
