Featuring music from Kyle Donavan and Pamela Machala, “March Forth” was created in memory of Julietta "Jules" Laurita who died on March 4, 2019, at age 19. This event celebrates the spirit and creativity of Laurita with performances of alternative and indie music featuring young artists from all over the Front Range.
A young woman of incredible spirit and talent, Laurita was a gifted singer, songwriter, musician, dancer, and actress. She was a passionate artist who leaves behind a legacy of compassion and creativity. Laurita had a fierce sense of justice, and an insatiable desire to connect across differences. The ongoing mission of “March Forth” is to keep Laurita's memory alive through projects that cultivate and affirm the independent thinking, resilience, compassion, and creative expression of young adults and teens through the arts.
This musical celebration is happening on Sept. 29, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. at East Window & Gallery located at 4550 Broadway, Suite C-3B2, Boulder, Colo. and is free to the public.
