Please take notice that Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold will conduct a public meeting to establish the random seed for use with the Secretary of State’s Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) software’s pseudo-random number generator as required by Election Rule 25.2.2 (i). The meeting will be convened the tenth day after election day in accordance with Election Rules 25.2.2 (i) and 25.2.6 and Election Order #2022-13.

The seed is a number consisting of at least 20 digits, and each digit will be selected in order by sequential rolls of a 10-sided die. Members of staff at the Secretary of State’s office will roll the dice while members of public watch on the live stream.
