Timberline PK-8 will host their annual Cinco de Mayo event this Friday, May 5, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Families are invited to gather and enjoy a variety of foods, carnival games and student performances.
The highlight of the event will be the student performances. From 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., elementary students will showcase a singing performance while being accompanied by the middle school Mariachi band. Afterward, student dancers representing grades K-8 will showcase their authentic clothing and traditional dances from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
The event is free to attend, and tickets to purchase food or play carnival games will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds go to the Timberline PK-8 PTO, which supports school events and initiatives that benefit students.
