                   Land Use Department:  Docket LU-18-0008 / SPR-18-

                   0034 Noel Family Care Unit and Accessory 

                   Agricultural Structure; Limited Impact Special

                   Use Review and Site Plan Review for a 684 sq.ft.

                   family care unit and 2,196 sq.ft. accessory

                   agricultural structure. The proposed project is

                   located in the Agricultural Zoning District at

HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT ITEMS

1.    Housing Authority:  Agreement with Drexel, Barrell and

       Company for civil engineering and land surveying

       services for the BCHA property in Lafayette ($75,000).

HOUSING AUTHORITY DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.    Housing Authority:  Recommendation to reject all bids

       received for Bid 6847-18, Install New Decks at 501,515

       & 517 West Geneseo Street in Lafayette, due to proposals

       not being financially viable or complete.

       ACTION REQUESTED:  Approval of Recommendation / Signature

3.    Housing Authority:  Award RFP 6848-18, Lawn Care,

       Landscaping and Sprinkler  / Irrigation Maintenance &

       Snow Removal Services, to CoCal Landscape Services, Inc.

       (not to exceed $225,000).

COMMISSIONERS CONSENT ITEMS

4.    Community Services Department:  Contract renewal No. 2

       with Boulder Valley School District for substance abuse

       awareness and prevention services in the City of Boulder

       ($60,950 grant funding).

5.    County Attorney’s Office:  Subordination Agreement between

       Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley, Inc. and

       First National Bank of Omaha for worthy cause deeds of

       trust on the Habitat property at 303 Atwood Street, 

       Longmont.

6.    IMPACT:  Task Order 2018-12 to the Master Contract with

       Mental Health Center of Boulder County, Inc. dba Mental

       Health Partners to provide moderate level trauma assess-

       ments for children and adolescents (not to exceed

       $50,000).

7.    IMPACT:  Agreements for out-of-home placement services

       LLC for Wildfire Partners Mitigations Specialist services

       (not to exceed $30,000).

9.    Parks and Open Space Department:  Flood-related contract

       amendment No. 2 with Wood Environment and Infrastructure

       Solutions, Inc., fka Amec Foster Wheeler Environment &

       Infrastructure, Inc., for additional work to the Hall

       Ranch II Open Space Flood Engineering Services (additional

       $12,150 for a new contract total of $57,950).
