HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT ITEMS

1. Housing Authority:  Contract with Landmark Inspection Services, LLC for Housing

Quality Standards inspection services (not to exceed $65,000).

2. Housing Authority:  Grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to continue funding the Housing Continuum of Care Rapid Re-Housing program ($620,738).
