Land Use Department

1. Docket LU-18-0003 City of Boulder Telecom Tower; Limited Impact Special Use Review to install a 150-foot telecommunication tower as part of an upgrade to the City’s Land Mobile Radio infrastructure supporting public safety. The proposed project is located on a 20-acre property in the Estate Residential Zoning District at 0 Arapahoe Road (Parcel 14633510-0004), about 4,000 feet west of the 75th Street & Arapahoe Road intersection, in Section 35, T1N, R70W. Tabled from 4/26/18.

2:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING

Land Use Department:  Docket SI-18-0001 Town of Lyons Water Pipeline Relocation; Areas and Activities of State Interest (1041) review for the relocation and replacement of the Town of Lyons potable water transmission pipeline that is currently aligned within the channel of the North St. Vrain Creek. The project includes relocating a flood-impacted section of the existing 12-inch diameter pipeline to a new alignment that follows Apple Valley Road, away from North St. Vrain Creek and further outside the floodway. Multiple new alignment options are pro-posed that vary between 0.5 to 0.8 miles in length, and the length of pipeline to be replaced will depend on the approved alignment of the new relocated pipeline and tie-in location to the existing undamaged pipeline. The proposed project is in the Rural Residential and Agricultural Zoning Districts at 354 384 Apple Valley Road and Apple Valley Road ROW, northwest

of the Town of Lyons, in Apple Valley between Antelope Road and US Highway 36, in Sections 13 &18, T3N, R70W & R71W.

Land Use Department:  Docket SE-18-0008 City of Boulder - Suitts Trust CFLS; Subdivision Exemption for a Community Facility Lot Split to divide an approximately 24.75- acre parcel into two parcels of approximately 22.30 acres & 2.45 acres. The proposed property is located in the Suburban Residential and Rural Residential Zoning Districts  at Parcel 157703000008 and 5610 Baseline Road, on the south side of Baseline Road approximately 0.12 miles east of the intersection with 55th Street, in Sections 3 &4, T1S, R70W.
