Land Use Department: Docket SE-19-0002: Cameron Subdivision Exemption request to recognize parcel #132100000050, an approximately 15.9-acre parcel located at 47730 Peak to Peak Highway, as a legal building lot; submitted by Craig and Ruth Cameron, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed property is located in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 47730 Peak to Peak Highway, approximately 1/2 mile south of the intersection of Overland Road and Peak to Peak Highway, in Section 20, Township 2N, Range 72W.

Speakers may sign up in person beginning 30 minutes before the public comment session starts.

The proposed project is in the Estate Residential (ER) Zoning District, at 0 Arapahoe Road, parcel #146335100004; approximately 4,000 feet west of the junction of 75th Street and Arapahoe Road in Section 35, Township 1N, Range 70W.
