LU-16-0023 / SPR-15-0089 to change the
alignment and reduce grading volume (from
2,500 cu.yds. to 850 cu.yds.) required to
form a driveway and to re-locate the approved
residence approximately 22 feet to the east
and add approximately 1,477 sq.ft. of basement
floor area, and construct a 1,784 sq.ft.
agricultural barn on an approximately 2.2-acre
parcel. The proposed project is located in the
