Land Use Department:  Docket LU-18-0005 /

SPR-18-0018 Kessler; Application to amend

LU-16-0023 / SPR-15-0089 to change the

alignment and reduce grading volume (from

2,500 cu.yds. to 850 cu.yds.) required to

form a driveway and to re-locate the approved

residence approximately 22 feet to the east

and add approximately 1,477 sq.ft. of basement

floor area, and construct a 1,784 sq.ft.

agricultural barn on an approximately 2.2-acre

parcel. The proposed project is located in the

Forestry Zoning District at 1776 Chute Road,

approximately 3.25 miles from the junction of

Chute Road and Coal Creek Canyon Drive, in

Section 34, T1S, R71W. Tabled from 4/3/18.

Radio infrastructure supporting public safety.

The proposed project is located on a 20-acre

property in the Estate Residential Zoning

District at 0 Arapahoe Road (Parcel

146335100004), about 4,000 feet west of the

75th Street & Arapahoe Road intersection, in

Section 35, T1N, R70W.

This docket will be tabled indefinitely.

                    2.  Docket LU-18-0006 City of Boulder Telecom

Tower; Limited Impact Special Use Review to

install a 150-foot telecommunication tower as

part of an upgrade to  the City’s Land Mobile

The proposed project is located on a 15-acre

property in the Agricultural Zoning District

at 0 North Foothills Highway (Parcel
