Exemption Plat request for a boundary line adjustment 
between Lots 20 and 21 (1037 and 37 Wagon wheel Gap 
Road, respectively) of the Bow Mountain subdivision, 
submitted by Robert William Einert PR and the Estate 
of William A. Einert, in accordance with the Boulder 
County Land Use Code. The proposed project is located

HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT ITEMS 
1.  Housing Authority: 
Continuing Services Contract Amendment No. 1 with AAA 
Electric Company, Inc., for electric services. The 
amendment is to include an updated Scope of Work 
(Exhibit A) and to increase the contract's not to exceed 
amount from $25,000 to an amount not to exceed $100,000.

HOUSING AUTHORITY DISCUSSION ITEMS 
2.  Housing Authority: 
Request for a bid waiver to amend a Continuing Services 
Contract with Stonebridge Builders, LLC, which Provides 
General Contracting Services. Amendment No. 1 is to 
Include Scope of Work (Exhibit A) and revised the not to 
exceed amount from $49,000 to $150,000, with attached 
contract amendment.
