Land Use Department:  Temporary Moratorium for Docket DC-18-0004 Niwot RuralCommunity District Code Update; This public hearing is for the purpose of receiving public comment on whether to terminate, extend, or otherwise amend the six-month moratorium on processing applications for development in the Niwot Rural Community District pending consideration of Land Use Code amendments approved by Board of County Commissioners’ in Resolution 2018-112 on September 20, 2018.

Land Use Department:  Docket LU-18-0020 / SPR-18-0014 AbiEzzi New Residence andDriveway Earthwork; Limited Impact Special Use Review to for 1,757 cu.yds. of driveway earthwork and Site Plan Review to construct a 4,440 sq.ft. residence on an 8.8-acre vacant parcel. The proposed project is located in the Forestry Zoning District at 6313 Sunshine Canyon Drive, on County Road 85 approximately .5 miles from its intersection with Sunshine Canyon Drive, in Section 17, T1N, R71W.

Land Use Department:  Docket EP-18-0008 Pine Cliff Replat; Exemption Plat for a boundary line adjustment. The proposed project is located in the Forestry Zoning District at 174 Pinecliff Road & 3178 Coal Creek Canyon Drive, at the southeast corner of the intersection of Pine Cliff Road and Coal Creek Canyon Drive, in Section 27, T1S, R72W.

Members of the public may address the Commissioners on any county issue not currently being addressed in a separate public process. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per individual speaker and up to 10 minutes per group (one speaker and up to three pooled-time attendees comprising a group) to allow all residents time to voice their concerns. Speakers may sign up in person beginning 30 minutes before the public comment session starts.
