Parks & Open Space Department: Amendment to Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm Management Plan; Public hearing and consideration of a recommendation to approve the conceptual alignment of the 104th Street connector trail on Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm (CHP/RCF) from the Sterns Lake Trailhead/Rock Creek Trail northward to the norther property boundary at 104th Street and Dillon Road. If approved, the trail connection will amend the CHP/RCF management plan.
