The Boulder County Communications Center (dispatch) has updated the phone system’s non-emergency line, 303-441-4444, to help ensure phone calls get to the most appropriate dispatch center or person promptly.

The communications center receives thousands of calls annually that are redirected to other law enforcement agencies. The update to the phone system establishes a phone tree that will help direct callers. It is helpful for callers to know the agency they are trying to reach prior to calling.

We provide dispatch services for the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement and fire departments in Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Lyons, Superior, Nederland and Ward as well as the fire departments in unincorporated Boulder County.

The recordings are available in both English and Spanish. Please listen carefully to your options when you call and select the option which most closely fits your needs.

You may also speak directly to a dispatcher if you need non-emergency response from any of our public safety agencies that are dispatched from the Boulder County Communications Center.

As always, please dial 9-1-1 when you need emergency response.
