The League of Women Voters Boulder County is hosting a series of community conversations on the topic "Is it time to change Boulder County's governmental structure?"

Items to be discussed include:

  • What does the current structure look like?
  • Should we increase from 3 to 5 County Commissioners? If so, should we elect commissioners from districts, at-large or a combination?
  • Should our county have a County Manager?
  • Should our county consider adopting Home Rule?

These conversations will be held on August 8 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Front Range Community College in Longmont and on August 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the George Reynolds Branch Public Library in Boulder.
