A site plan review was submitted to the City of Longmont in regards to Project Bronco Site Plan (Smuckers).

The submission included a, "site plan review and height exception request for a new food processing facility on Block 2 of the Concepts Industrial Park. The height exception would allow four 70-foot silos," according to the City of Longmont's Active Development Log.

Don Burchett states that the Project Bronco Site Plan (Smuckers) has been approved and is currently under construction. Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of the 4th quarter of this year.

The site plan asked for a height exception to be made to accommodate four 70 foot silos. Burchett says, "the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the request in March of 2017 with a vote of (6-1)."
