Elementary schoolers explore STEAM at Innovation Center

Variety of activities looked at variety of offerings in robotics, aeronautics and more

Elementary students got to explore STEAM at the Innovation Center’s STEAM Carnival night on Wednesday and Thursday.

St. Vrain students were able to check out the district’s many offerings in STEAM, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.

PK-5 students were able to explore a variety of educational offerings including robotics, videography, design, aeronautics, cybersecurity and more. Activities were hands-on and run by Innovation Center student designers, with programming games, flight simulators and more for students to try out.

The Innovation Center Tech Team also offered Tech Talks on the technology tools used across the St. Vrain Valley Schools, like Schoology, SeeSaw and Infinite Campus.
