Local Edward Jones Financial advisors adopt team approach, win award from Forbes

Within their first year, the team consisting of Financial Advisors Dave Schreiber, Liz Bleidt and Samantha Schreiber-Reed has received distinctive recognition

Financial Advisors Dave Schreiber, Liz Bleidt and Samantha Schreiber-Reed, all of Longmont, recently formed the Edward Jones Schreiber Bleidt Reed Wealth Management Group, offering a team-based approach to enhance the client experience. Within the team's first year, it has been recognized on the list of 2023 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams.

Designed to integrate the complementary strengths of the three team members, the group approach enhances the client experience by exploring multiple perspectives on each client's account and supporting one another's client relationships when backup is needed. The team holds semi-weekly sessions to discuss the needs of individual clients.

"We're excited about this new structure for clients," Schreiber said. "There are now three different contact people and three different points of view at the table. I've been here for 35 years and, while I don't plan to retire anytime soon, clients can see the big picture of what the next same 35 years of the office will look like."

Given the makeup of the team by generation, years of experience and gender, clients and their family members can be matched with the financial advisor with whom they feel most comfortable.

Despite being less than one year in a team-based structure, the Schreiber Bleidt Reed Wealth Management Group has earned the No. 33 spot on the inaugural Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams ranking. Among the criteria for selecting the recipients were best practices, client retention, industry experience, compliance records and assets under management. "This is an incredible honor. We work hard to build the trust with our clients that can make a meaningful difference in their lives and that of their families, not just for today but for generations to come," Bleidt said. "The team approach that we've adopted promises to strengthen our ability to improve the lives of our clients."

"To be recognized by Forbes for the work we're doing and the way we're doing it is just the icing on the cake," Schreiber-Reed added.

The Schreiber Bleidt Reed Wealth Management Group's office is located at 1325 Dry Creek Drive, Suite 200, in Longmont. They can be reached at 303-776-9839 or through the branch website.

The Forbes ranking of America's Top Wealth Management Teams, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone, virtual and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This qualitative criteria focus on studying each team's best practices -- service models, investing process, team construct, skill sets, etc. The algorithm also weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings.
