SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported a shoplift in the 700 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident in the 1400 block of Serenity Circle reported a package stolen from the front porch. There are no investigative leads.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont, CO resident in the 300 block of Quail Road reported vandalism to his vehicle. There are no investigative leads.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Monday, 04/06/21, Longmont Police SRO received a report of a criminal mischief complaint that occurred in the 2200 block of Vivian Street. A storage container was damaged but no further leads were developed to identify a suspect.

AUTO THEFT

On 4/7/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of 21st  Ave., city of Longmont, County of Boulder, and state of Colorado in reference to a stolen vehicle. No suspect information and case closed pending further investigative leads.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bitten by a dog she is fostering. The dog was quarantined at home.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 04/07/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 2100 block of Hackberry Circle, city of Longmont, County of Boulder, and state of Colorado in reference to an FDC of a vehicle and residence.

RECOVERED VEHICLE

Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Pratt Street on a reported abandoned vehicle. Further investigation revealed it stolen out of Greeley. The vehicle was processed and towed for the owner.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On Tuesday, 04/07/21, Longmont Police SRO received information that a juvenile female received sexually explicit images from an unknown person. Case is under investigation.

HARASSMENT

On Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at about 1430 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched a name and number regarding a harassment that occurred in the 1700 block of 24th  Ave., Longmont, CO. The juvenile suspect was identified and later received a summons.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, 03/13/2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Elliott Street and Sixth Avenue in reference to a welfare check. An adult female was contacted and later taken to the hospital for an alcohol hold.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Monday April 5, 2021, Longmont Police took a report of graffiti in the 100 block of E. Longs Peak Ave. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.

WELFARE CHECK

On 04/06/2021 (Tuesday) at approximately 0907 hours, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of James Street on the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers found a juvenile male having a behavioral health crisis. The juvenile male was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further assessment.

ASSAULT 

On 04/06/2021 at approximately 2018 hours, an officer took a phone call on a report of an assault in the 1800 block of Spencer St. A report was taken.

CIVIL

On 04/06/21 an adult female reported civil issues with her roommates in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane.

DISTURBANCE

Officers responded to the 10 block of University Circle on the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found there was a juvenile male having a behavioral health crisis. The juvenile male was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further assessment.

INFORMATION 

On 4/7/2021, at 1346 hours, officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St. in reference to a complaint of elder abuse. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On April 7, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to a welfare check in the 1700 block of Whitehall Drive for a male passed out in a vehicle. An adult male was found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotics as well as a large amount of stolen credit cards, checks, IDs, tools, and counterfeit currency. Some of the items recovered were stolen from two home burglaries reported by residents in both Longmont and Broomfield earlier in the day. This investigation is open in order to locate the owners of the other items recovered. The male was arrested and transported to jail.

FOUND PROPERTY

On 04/07/2021 at approximately 1710 hours, an officer was dispatched for found property. A report was taken.

BURGLARY

On 04/07/2021 at approximately 1736, officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of 24th Ave. on a call of a burglary. A report was taken.
