MEDICAL ASSIST

On August 15, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Snowberry St. on the report of in individual experiencing a psychotic episode.

DISTURBANCE

On August 15, 2021, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of E. 9th Ave. One adult male was arrested for assault and was taken to the Boulder County Jail.

ASSAULT

On July 28, 2021, the Longmont Police Department investigated an assault that occurred in the 2000 block of Sunset Way.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by her dog in the 1400 block of S. Collyer St. The dog has been relinquished to Longmont Humane Society and placed on quarantine.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On August 14, 2021, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle crash in the area of 21st Ave. and Francis St. An adult male was contacted; the case is cleared by arrest.  

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 8/14/2021, officers responded to the 1600 block of E. County Line Rd. for a domestic incident involving an adult female and adult male. An adult male was arrested. 

SHOTS HEARD

On 08/15/2021, Longmont Police responded to the area of S. Emery St. on the report of Shots Heard. The reporting party called in stating gun shots were heard in the area. Shell casings were located and a report was taken. There are no suspects at this time. 

DISTURBANCE

On 08/15/21, at about 0305 hours, officers responded to a disturbance in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. After taking statements from the parties involved and an independent witness, no charges were pressed.  

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sunday, August 15, 2021, Longmont Police was dispatched to the area of the 200 block of N. Parkside Drive for a domestic in progress. An adult male and female was contacted. A report was taken. 

THEFT 

A Longmont resident reported the possible theft of his elderly mother's purse from a rehabilitation center in the 1400 block of Coffman Street. A report was taken. 

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Sunday, 08-15-2021, Longmont Police investigated an alleged menacing that occurred in the 800 block of Coffman St. Upon investigation and statements from independent witnesses, no menacing occurred.  

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported an unknown person vandalized his vehicle while the vehicle was parked in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Pace Street. A report was taken. 

INFORMATION

On 08/15/2021, at approximately 16:07 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. on an informational call. A report was taken.  

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 08/15/2021, Longmont officers took a report of a theft and criminal mischief from the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Blvd.  

SEX ASSAULT

On Sunday, August 15, 2021, at approximately 1748 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of 21st Ave. for a suicide attempt. A juvenile female was interviewed. 

SHOPLIFT

On 08/15/2021, at approximately 1851 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Main St on a shoplift. A report was taken.
