AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 300 block of E. 5th Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time. 

FRAUD

An employee of a Denver business reported forgery and theft in the 300 block of Coffman Street. 

HARASSMENT

A Longmont resident reported harassment in the 2400 block of Trade Center Avenue. 

FRAUD

On Tuesday, 08/17/21, a Longmont, CO resident reported fraud in the 700 block of Meeker St. The case is under investigation. 

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE

On 08/17/2021, at 1105 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Crisman Dr. and Main St. on a report of a domestic disturbance. Longmont Emergency Communications advised an adult male was witnessed pushing and adult female's head into the bench at the bus stop on Main St. just north of Crisman Dr. The adult male was located and arrested. Case cleared by arrest. 

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Bragg Place in reference to a report of unlawful sexual contact and child abuse. A 6-year-old male and a 1-year-old male victim have been identified. The case is open for further investigation. 

INFORMATION

On 08/17/2021, officers took a report about an adult male stealing money from his adult mother in the 900 block of Terry St. After investigation, the mother did not wanted to pursue charges but rather document the incident.  

PROTECTION ORDER

On 08/11/2021, Longmont officers took a phone report reference an alleged restraining order violation.  

SEX ASSAULT

On 08/11/2021, Longmont officers took a report of an alleged sexual assault in the 200 block of Lashley St.  

THEFT

On August 14, 2021, the Longmont Police Department investigated a theft that occurred in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd.   

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Monday, August 17, 2021, Longmont Police responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 1700 block of Harvard Street.  A 47-year-old female victim reported her purse stolen. The case is open. 

AUTO THEFT

On 8/16/2021, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. The vehicle was later recovered. 

DISTURBANCE

On August 16, 2021, officers responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. on a report of a disturbance between two adult females.  

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 08/17/21, two unknown males attempted to steal a catalytic converter in the 900 block of Collyer St.  

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, 8/17/21, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft which occurred in the 800 block of Hubbard Dr. The suspects are unknown.   

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by a dog between Prairie Fire Circle and Hawthorne Circle. 

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday, 08/17/21 officers responded to the 800 block of Main St. on an outside agency assist. A report was taken. 

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at about 1409 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation that occurred in the 2400 block of Bowen Street. A report was taken. 

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at about 1442 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a sex assault that occurred in the 1500 block of Kimbark Street. A report was taken. 

THEFT

On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at approximately 1645 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report, via phone, regarding a theft incident  that occurred in the 10 block of 5th Ave. No suspects have been identified. 

SHOPLIFT 

On 08/17/2021, at approximately 2319 hours, officers were dispatched to a shoplift that just occurred in the 2000 block of Mountain View Ave., City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.
