DUI

On 12/26/2022 around 1230 hours, police officers responded to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to a crash and eluding. A male adult was later taken into custody.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported fraud in the 1700 block of Cambridge Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Niwot resident reported theft in the 500 block of Martin Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 2300 block of Calais Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SHOPLIFT

On December 23, 2022, officers responded to a theft in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. The incident is under investigation and charges are pending.

THEFT

On December 26, 2022, officers responded to a complaint about theft from the 2700 block of Nelson Road. This incident is under investigation and charges are pending.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 26, 2022, at approximately 1533 hours, officers responded to a domestic violence incident in the 1200 block of S Hover Street. The incident is under investigation and charges are pending for an adult male suspect.

ARSON

On 12/26/2022 at approximately 2101 hours, officers responded to the 100 block of Placer Ave on an explosion and house fire. A report was taken.

MENACING

On December 26th, 2022 at approximately 2358 hours, officers responded to the 200 block of South Main Street for a menacing that just occurred. An adult male victim and an adult female witness were interviewed. Case open.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, December 27th, 2022, Longmont police responded to a vehicle trespassing incident in the 200 block of Riverview Court.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, officers responded to the 700 block of Sandpoint Drive for a domestic incident. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.

VICIOUS DOG

A juvenile visiting relatives was bitten on the face by the relative's dog. The juvenile received medical treatment and is expected to be ok; the dog was placed on home quarantine.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/25/2022, Longmont police responded to the 1100 block of Baker Street in response to a protection order violation. One suspect was identified and arrested.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday 12/27/2022 around 1500 hours, officers responded to a cold criminal trespass which occurred in the 300 block of South Bowen Street. A report was filed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday 12/27/2022 around 1500 hours, officers responded to a cold criminal trespass which occurred in the 1200 block of Bramwood Place. A report was filed.

SEX ASSAULT

On 12/27/2022, officers were informed of a possible sex assault on a juvenile female at an unknown Longmont location. This case is under investigation.

HARASSMENT

On 12/27/2022 at approximately 0423 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Emerson Place for a report of a possible assault. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, December 26, 2022, at approximately 2130 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of East Ken Pratt on a disturbance involving three juvenile males. Officers did not develop probable cause for an arrest however, one juvenile male was placed into protective custody.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/27/2022, Longmont officers took a domestic violence report in the 2700 block of Nelson Road.

FOLLOW UP

On Tuesday, 12/27/2022, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains under investigation.

THEFT

An employee of Weld County business reported theft in the 1600 block of South Fordham Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 12/27/22, a report was taken in reference to an attempted aggravated motor vehicle theft, criminal trespass and criminal mischief which occurred in the 1800 block of Sunset Place. The suspects are unknown.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 12/27/22, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 1200 block of Boston Avenue. The suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 12/27/22, a report was taken in reference to a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 2100 block of Kay Street. The suspects are unknown.

PROTECTION ORDER

On December 27, 2022, Longmont officers were patrolling the 600 block of Martin Street and witnessed a protection order violation. An investigation is being conducted.
