On Tuesday, December 14 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 0 hundred block of Tulane Ct. A 12-year-old female reported being sexually
assaulted. The suspect was the woman's husband and the step-father to the victim. The 30-year-old suspect has been arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT

On December 14, 2021, the Longmont Police Department investigated a Restraining Order Violation that occurred in the 1700 block of Shavano St. An arrest warrant will be issued for the suspect.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On Tuesday, 12/14/21, Longmont Police responded to a hit and run crash near Ken Pratt Boulevard and S. Sunset St. The run vehicle, which was later abandoned, was located and found to be stolen. The 23-year-old female driver was located and arrested on numerous charges and outstanding warrants.

On December 14, 2021, at approximately 1515 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 3800 block of Columbia Drive in Longmont, CO in reference to a disturbance involving a rifle. An adult male and three juvenile females were arrested.
DISTURBANCE
On December 14, 2021, the Longmont Police Department attempted to contact two males physically fighting in the 1700 block of Main Street. The altercation was concerning an attempted bicycle theft. The owner of the bike fled the scene. The suspect was contacted and issued a summons for various municipal violations. This case is cleared by arrest - summons issued.

On 12/07/2021, around 1700 hours, officers responded to a road rage incident in the 3800 block of Pike Road. A report was taken.

On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, officers responded to the 1100 block of Vivian St. on a theft. An adult female has been arrested.

An adult female was issued a summons for shoplifting in the 2200 block of Main St.

On Monday, December 13, 2021, at approximately 1230 hours, officers were dispatched to area of 3rd Avenue and Alpine Street on an adult male causing a disturbance and disrupting the businesses in the area. The male was contacted and issued a ticket for disorderly conduct.

On Monday, December 13, 2021, officers responded to the 500 block of Lashley Street where they contacted an adult female regarding a domestic disturbance that occurred on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

DISTURBANCE
On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at about 1430 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Main Street on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers arrested a juvenile male for menacing, disrupting a school, and disorderly conduct. The juvenile was transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center.
