CHILD

On 02-01-2024 the Longmont police were notified of a juvenile situation at an elementary school. The case was investigated and no criminal charges were filed.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 100 block of South Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

TRESPASS

On 02/01/2024, at approximately 0520 hours, officers responded to a trespassing incident in the 1600 block of Main Street. One adult male was contacted and issued a summons.

DUI

On Friday, February 1, 2024, officers contacted a party asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in the 2400 block of Eagleview Cir. An adult female was arrested.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 02/01/2024, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of the 400 block of S Martin St Longmont, Colorado 80501 in reference to a wanted party on scene. An adult male was contacted and later arrested without incident for active arrest warrants. Cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 020124, officers took a report of fraud in Weld County involving an unknown suspect.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday February 1, 2024 at 1052 hours an adult male was taken into custody in the 1700 block of Main St for outstanding warrants.

THEFT

On 02/02/2024, at approximately 1715 hours, officers responded to Walmart at 2285 E Ken Pratt Blvd for an adult male and adult female shoplifting. Both the adult male and adult female were arrested.

CHILD

On Thursday, February 1st, at approximately 1955 hours, officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 4600 block of Clover Basin Dr. A report was taken.

THEFT

On January 31, 2024 Longmont officers received a report of a possible extortion in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. A juvenile male threatened to spread inappropriate photos of another male if he wasn't paid money. An exchange of property was made instead of money. This case has been referred to the ReWind program.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 01/31/2024 at 2314 hours, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. One adult male and one adult female were involved in an incident and a report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 02/01/2024, Longmont Officers responded to the 2100 block of Main St on a report of an intrusion alarm. A report was taken.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, February 1, 2024 officers took a report in the area of 11th Ave/Vivian St regarding an assault. A juvenile male was contacted and issued a REWiND.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, 02/01/2024, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1300 block of Mcclure Dr in reference to a possible violation of a protection order. An adult male was contacted. The investigation is ongoing.

THEFT

On Thursday February 1, 2024 at approximately 1509 hours, Longmont Officers conducted an extra patrol in the area of Rogers Rd and Sugarmill Rd, Longmont, CO. An adult male was contacted and a stolen scooter was recovered. Clear with a report.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday, February 1st, 2024, at approximately 1534 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of E 3rd Avenue reference an outside agency assist. A report was generated for information only.

INFORMATION

On Thursday February 1, 2024, at approximately 1740 hours, Longmont Officers took a report of neglect that took place in the 1400 block of Belmont Dr, Longmont, CO. An adult female was contacted and a report was taken.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 02/01/24, a report was taken reference an identity theft and theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Industrial Cir. The case is under investigation.
