OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

The Cyber Crime Unit of the Longmont Police Department on Oct. 23 assisted the Broomfield Police Department with an investigation. The investigation is open and all inquiries should be directed to Broomfield police.

TRAFFIC STOP 

Officers on Feb. 10 took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. The vehicle later eluded officers. The case is under investigation.

AUTO THEFT 

On Feb. 11 at approximately 0916 hours, police responded to a report of a stolen pickup truck in the 1200 block of Meadow Street.

ASSIST 

On Feb. 11 at approximately 1150 hours, police took a report of a man who escaped from the Longmont Community Treatment Center. A warrant for escape is pending.

THEFT 

A report was taken Feb. 11 in reference to a theft in the 1400 block of Nelson Road. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A report was taken Feb. 11 in reference to criminal trespassing and theft that occurred at 15th Avenue and Atwood Street. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Feb. 11 reported criminal trespassing in the 2200 block of Jewel Street. There are no investigative leads.

HARASSMENT 

Officers on Feb. 11 took a phone report of harassment that occurred in the 1500 block of Prairie Song Place. 

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Feb. 10 received a report of a protection order violation. Officers investigated and the case was cleared with the arrest of a man on Feb. 11.

BOMB THREAT 

Police on Feb. 10 responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in reference to a suspicious package. Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses and examined the object from a safe distance. The area was contained and a perimeter established prior to the Boulder County Bomb Squad responding. The object was examined by bomb squad personnel and determined to be safe.

AUTO THEFT 

A report was taken Feb. 11 in reference to aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft in the 1600 block of Kimbark Street. The suspects are unknown.

AUTO THEFT 

Police on Feb. 11 responded to the intersection of Gardner and Lamplighter drives on a report of a hazard. Further investigation revealed a stolen trailer was blocking the roadway. The trailer was eventually released to its owner.

BURGLARY 

On Feb. 11 at approximately 0830 hours, police investigated a burglary at a business in the 200 block of South Main St. Unknown suspects entered the closed business and stole two laptop computers.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

Officers on Feb. 11 responded to a domestic incident on the 900 block of South Bross Street. An arrest was made.

THEFT 

A woman on Feb. 10 reported items were stolen from her residence in the 300 block of Baker Street.

SHOPLIFT 

Police on Feb. 11 received a report of theft from a business in the 2200 block of Main Street. A man left the store without paying for an item. He was contacted by officers in the 2200 block of Main Street and taken into custody without incident. The man was found to have three active warrants for his arrest, but the Boulder County Jail refused to accept him because of COVID standards. Larimer County agreed to take custody of the man on one of the warrants out of its jurisdiction and met with an officer to take custody of the man.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A report was taken Feb. 11 in reference to criminal trespassing, criminal mischief and theft in the 2400 block of Collyer Street. The suspects are unknown.

DISTURBANCE 

Officers on Feb. 11 responded to the 2300 block of Zlaten Drive in reference to a disturbance between a man and woman.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

Officers on Feb. 11 assisted an outside agency in the 800 block of East Fifth Avenue.
