THEFT

An information report was taken regarding possible Elder Financial Fraud. The report was forwarded to outside agencies for information.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident in the 1400 block of Renaissance Drive reported a catalytic converter was stolen from his vehicle. There are no investigative leads.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DUI

On Febuary 2, 2022, officers responded to a single-vehicle accident near the 900 block of Hover. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other related charges. The male was booked and released on a summons.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Febuary 2, 2022, Longmont officers took a report of a possible domestic violence that took place in Weld County. The report was sent to the Weld County Sheriffs Office.

WELFARE CHECK

On February 1, 2022 Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd., on a welfare check. An adult female was contacted and a report was taken.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by the family dogs while breaking up a fight in the 1000 block of Venice Street. The dogs were placed on home quarantine.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 

On Wednesday, 2/2/22, a report was taken reference a burglary, criminal trespass, identity theft and theft which occurred in the 2200 block of Ridgeview Way. The suspects are unknown.

SEX ASSAULT

On February 2, 2022 Longmont officers received a report of a Sexual Assault on a Child from a Law Enforcment agency in North Dakota. A juvenile female reported the offense occurred several years ago. This case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, 2/2/22, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief that occurred in the 300 block of Baker St. The suspects are unknown.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Wednesday, 2/2/2022, Longmont Police responded to the 600 S. Ken Pratt Blvd. in reference to a welfare check. A summons was issued.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Febuary 2, 2022, officers took a phone report of a violation of a protection order in the 2400 block of Airport Rd between an adult female and an adult male. A warrant will be obtained for the male for violation of a protection order and other domestic violence-related charges.

AUTO THEFT

On 02/02/2022 at approximately 1646 hours, the Longmont Police responded to the 1700 Block of E Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to an Vehicle Theft that just occurred. The vehicle was recovered and a report was completed.

INFORMATION

On 02/01/2022, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Meeker St. An adult male was found with an injury to his head. Investigation revealed nothing criminal occurred. An information report was taken.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender as required by law. The case remains open pending the issuance of a warrant.
