PROTECTION ORDER

On February 7, 2023, Longmont police took a report of a protection order violation. A warrant was requested for an adult male.

SEX ASSAULT

On 02/07/2023, Longmont police received a call of a possible sexual abuse on a child. A report was taken and the investigation is still ongoing.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 02/08/2023, at approximately 0320 hours, officers responded to Nelson Road and S Sunset Street for a motor vehicle crash. Both drivers left the scene of the crash, leaving their vehicles behind. A crash report was completed.

MEDICAL ASSIST

On February 8, 2023, Longmont police assisted with a medical situation in the 500 block of Coffman Street. Police assisted with temporary placement for a juvenile who's sole guardian needed hospitalization for a medical issue.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at approximately 1335 hours, officers took a cold vandalism call that occurred in the 4600 block of Clover Basin Drive.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Wednesday 02/08/2023 around 1430 hours, officers responded to a cold attempted FDC located in the 1400 block of Nelson road. A report was filed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by her cat in the 1000 block of Emerson Place. The cat has been placed on home quarantine.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at about 1634 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Terry Street on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers arrested an adult male on a felony warrant. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DISTURBANCE

On 02/08/2023, officers responded to the 100 block of S Pratt Parkway in reference to a disturbance. An adult male was contacted and arrested, this call is clear with an arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Tuesday, January 7, 2023, officers were contacted by an adult female regarding some suspicious text and voice messages she received from an unknown person. The incident is under investigation.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 02/07/2023 at approximately 1600 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of South Hover Street for a report of a fraud. The investigation is ongoing.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Tuesday, February 07, 2023, a Longmont police officer took a report of a suspicious incident involving suspected blood on a vehicle, located in the 500 block of 15th Avenue. Evidence was collected, and a report was taken for informational purposes.

FOLLOW UP

On Wednesday 020823 officers from Longmont police and Boulder County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on a residence in the 1700 block of Whitehall Drive. Boulder County Sheriff's Office is the lead for this case.

DISTURBANCE

On 010823, officers took a report of an assault and possible menacing in the Sundance neighborhood.

THEFT

On Wednesday, 02/08/23 a Longmont resident reported a theft in the 2000 block of S. Hover Street. There are no investigative leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, February 08, 2023, Longmont police officers were dispatched to an attempt to locate for an outstanding warrant, located in the 1000 block of Kimbark Street. A 53-year-old male was contacted and arrested on his warrant. This case is closed by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On 02/08/2023, officers responded to the 2000 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to a shoplifting incident. One adult female was contacted and issued a summons. This case is clear with a summons.

SHOPLIFT

On Wednesday, 2/8/23, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 300 block of Main Street. The suspect is unknown.

ASSAULT

On 2/8/23 at approximately 1530 hours, officers took a report of a cold assault over the phone. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE

On 2/8/2023 at approximately 1556 hours, officers responded to the 1000 block of S Pratt Parkway on reports of a physical disturbance. Multiple juveniles were contacted, and a report was taken.
