FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Georgia resident reported first degree criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief in the 500 block of South Hover Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1800 block of Lefthand Creek Lane. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/09/2023, at approximately 0006 hours, officers responded to the 2000 block of Main Street in reference to a disturbance between a male and female.

MENACING

On 1/9/2023, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of Emerson Place in reference to a report of menacing. An adult male was reported to have threatened an adult female with a knife. The adult male was contacted and arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 01/09/2023 at approximately 0230 hours, officers responded to the area of 2700 Copper Peak Lane in reference to an assault/criminal mischief. Officers made contact with a male suspect and he was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

HARASSMENT

On 01/09/23, Longmont police investigated a harassment in the 800 block of Main Street. A juvenile male was referred to the REWIND program.

WELFARE CHECK

On 1-9-23 Longmont police responded to the 2100 block of Addie Rose Lane for an alleged child abuse.

THEFT

On Monday, January 9th 2023, Longmont police officers responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of S Airport Road. A report was taken.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On January 9, 2023, officers were dispatched to the area of 17th Ave and Collyer Street regarding a hit-and-run accident. A warrant will be written for an adult female for leaving the scene of an accident.

DUI

On 01/09/2023 at approximately 1933 hours, officers with the Longmont police department responded to the 2100 block of Main Street for a report of a possible drunk driver that was operating his motor vehicle erratically and swerving all over the road. Information was gathered and one adult male was arrested.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 01/05/2023, Longmont Police Department members assigned to the Boulder County Digital Forensics lab served a residential search warrant in the city of Boulder regarding a child exploitation case.

FRAUD

On January 7th, 2023, officers responded to the 700 block of 9th Avenue in response to a fraud call at a business. It was found, a male party had attempted to purchase merchandise with a false bill, a report was taken and there are no further leads.

SHOPLIFT

On 01/08/2023 at approximately 1527 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Main Street for a shoplift. A report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/8/23 at about 1952 hours, officers responded to the first block of S Gay Drive for a disturbance. No one would answer the door at the residence. A report was taken.

FRAUD

On January 8, 2023, officers responded to the 200 block of Lashely Street in reference to a counterfeit bill being used to purchase items. One adult male was contacted and a report was taken.

BURGLARY

On 01/09/2023 officers took a report of a cold burglary in the area of S. Sunset Street and Boston Avenue. At this time there are no suspect leads.

SHOPLIFT

On January 9th, 2023 at approximately 1054 hours, officers investigated shoplifting in the 2500 block of Main Street. Adult male was cited.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 01/09/2023 at approximately 1325 hours, the Longmont police responded to the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive in reference to a criminal mischief and trespass. A female suspect was identified, but officers were unable to locate her. A report was completed.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

On January 9th, 2023, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard in response to a property damage accident. A report was taken and the driver responsible was issued a citation.

CHILD

On January 9th, 2023, officers responded to the 1500 block of Sepia Avenue in response to a potential assault. A report was taken and the investigation remains open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On January 9th, 2023 at approximately 1610 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard to assist an outside agency with an investigation.

CHILD

On January 9th, 2023, officers responded to the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive on a child call. Officers found no criminal activity and a report was taken. The case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 01/09/2023 at approximately 1906 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Estes Lane on a restraining order violation. A report was taken.

THEFT

On Monday, 01/09/23 A Longmont resident reported a theft in the 1600 block of 19th Avenue. There are no investigative leads.
