On Friday, 7/29/2022, at approximately 0103 hours, Longmont officers contacted a party on the 300 block of 21st Ave regarding a theft. A report was taken.
SHOOTING
On 07/29/2022 the Longmont Police responded to a reported disturbance with gunshots having been fired in the 300 block of Coffman St. Upon arrival officers contacted an adult male in the 600 block of Coffman who had been involved in a physical fight with a group of males when one displayed a gun and fired it into the air. This male pointed out a second vehicle parked in the area as being the suspect vehicle and as officers went to contact the vehicle an adult male fled from it on foot. The male who fled was not located, but a firearm was located. This case is under investigation.
THEFT
On Friday, 7/29/22, a report was taken referencing a theft of an at-risk adult in the 300 block of Grant St. in Longmont. The incident is under investigation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 072922, officers responded to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd reference a domestic incident. An adult male was arrested.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, July 29, 2022 at about 1504 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Collyer Street on a report of a harassment. Officers arrested an adult male on 5 active arrest warrants. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

On Friday, July 29, 2022 at approximately 1719 hours, officers responded to the 2200 block of Main St, on the report of a female trespassing who had been trespassed before. Female was contacted and arrested for multiple warrants. Case Cleared by Arrest

On 07/28/22, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Loveland Police Department with an ongoing homicide investigation. A potential victim was located and transported to the Police Department. Longmont SWAT officers responded to Erie Colorado where they assisted with apprehending the suspect who had died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Case closed.
