CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1300 block of Sumner Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 100 block of East Fifth Avenue. This case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Tuesday, 07/05/22 A Longmont resident reported vandalism in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. There are no investigative leads.

THEFT 

On Tuesday, 07/05/22 A Longmont resident reported a theft in the 1900 block of Sumner Street. There are no investigative leads.

MENACING 

On Monday, 07/04/2022 officers were dispatched to the report of a possible menacing at,the 2000 block of Vivian Street. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE

On July 4, Longmont Police responded to the 00 block of South Main Street on a report of a welfare check. An adult male was ticketed for public indecency and taken to the hospital for a mental health hold.

FIRE 

On 07/04/2022 officers responded to a fire department assist in the 1500 block of Liberty Court. A report was taken.

ASSAULT 

On 07/04/2022, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to an assault. A male party was contacted and arrested.

SEX ASSAULT

On 07/04/2022, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Main Street on a sex assault. A report was taken.

ARSON 

On Tuesday, July 5, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Ponderosa Circle in reference to a fire. A large set of bushes were caught on fire.

ARSON 

On July 5, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Tulip Street on report of a dumpster fire. The fire was extinguished and a report was taken.

RECOVERED VEHICLE

On July 5, Longmont Police responded to the 2400 block of Main Street on a report of a recovered stolen vehicle. A report was taken.

MENACING 

On 07/04/2022, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the area of Main Street and 17th Avenue on the report of a menacing. A report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Tuesday, July 5 officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Lefthand Creek Lane in reference to a criminal mischief. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On 07/03/22, officers responded to an address in the 800 block of 15th Avenue on a report of a protection order violation. An adult male was arrested. case cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT 

On 07/05/2022, Longmont officers took a report of a traffic complaint in the 1800 block of Spencer Street.

OTHER 

On Tuesday, July 5, officers were contacted by phone regarding the mistreatment of a hospital patient. The information regarding the mistreatment was forwarded to the detective unit for follow up. The case is open.

ARSON 

On 07/05/2022 officers responded to a call of a brush fire in the 350 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. A report was filed.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID 

On 07/05/2022, Longmont officers responded to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a property damage. One adult male was issued a summons. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

FRAUD

On 07/05/2022 officers responded via phone to a report of fraud. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On 07/05/2022, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Grandview Meadows on the report of an Auto Theft. An unknown male stole a juvenile male's vehicle. The vehicle was recovered but the suspect is still outstanding.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/04/2022, Longmont Police responded to the 400 block of Kensington Street on the report of a Domestic In Progress. Investigation revealed an adult male and adult female, known to each other, engaged in a physical altercation in a residence. The investigation is still ongoing.

DEATH 

On 07/04/22, Longmont Police investigated a death in the 1300 block of Charles Drive. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT 

On Monday, July 4, officers were dispatched to the 200 block Ken Pratt Boulevard on a shoplift report. A local business reported that two adult females took merchandise from the business without paying.

WARRANT ARREST 

On 07/05/2022, Longmont Police contacted a male in the 2500 block of Lanyon Drive who had a warrant for his arrest. The case was cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 07/04/2022 officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Main Street on a Liquor Law violation. During the course of the investigation, a sex assault was alleged. A report was taken.

FOUND PROPERTY 

On Tuesday July 5, officers found a lost license plate in the area of 19th Avenue and Main Street. The owner was notified that the license plate was located.
