AUTO THEFT 

A resident on March 5 reported auto theft in the 1200 block of Pace Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information.

TRESPASS 

On March 5 at approximately 0425 hours, officers were dispatched to trespassing in progress in the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue.

AUTO THEFT 

Officers on March 5 responded to the 1600 block of Kansas Avenue for a report of a red Mini Cooper stolen by an unknown man. No suspects have been identified and there are no further investigative leads.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on March 5 reported criminal trespassing and theft in the 800 block of Windflower Drive. There are no investigative leads.

AUTO THEFT 

Police on March 5 responded to a report of a vehicle stolen from the 1800 block of Terry Street. The vehicle was spotted by the owner, who called the police while following the vehicle. The stolen vehicle attempted to elude the victim, and collided with a fixed object in the 600 block of 23rd Avenue. The suspect fled the scene on foot. He was taken into custody a short distance away, and booked and later released on a felony summons.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on March 5 conducted a civil standby in the 1400 block of South Collyer Street. Further investigation revealed a protection order violation. The case is under investigation.

CHILD 

Police on March 5 investigated a child abuse allegation in the 1200 block of South Coffman Street. The case is open.

AUTO THEFT 

A resident on March 5 reported an aggravated motor vehicle theft. There are no investigative leads.

MENACING 

On March 5  at approximately 1445 hours, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street for a report of menacing. 

THEFT 

On March 5 at about 1819 hours, officers were dispatched regarding a theft. There is no suspect information.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE 

An officer on March 3 took a 29-year-old man into custody in the 800 block of South Main Street for a warrant out of Larimer County. Larimer County was not able to take custody of the man and he was released with no charges.

DISTURBANCE 

On March 4 at approximately 0700 hours, police responded to the 1300 block of 19th Avenue for a disturbance. A 42-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant, and subsequently released because the Boulder County Jail would not take her.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On March 4 at approximately 1031 hours, police responded to the 1800 block of Spencer Street in reference to a homemade explosive device that exploded the previous night. 

WELFARE CHECK 

Officers on March 4 received a report of a juvenile with suicidal ideations in the 1200 block of Francis Street. A report was completed for information purposes and referred to the Department of Housing and Human Services.

AUTO THEFT 

A man on March 4 reported his vehicle was stolen from the 1100 block of East 17th Avenue. The case is under investigation.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING 

On March 5 at approximately 0900 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Smith Court for a suspicious situation. An arrest was made.

CHILD 

On March 5 at 1540 hours, officers responded to a report of child abuse in the 200 block of South Bowen Street. 

FRAUD 

On March 5 at about 1604 hours, police took a report of a counterfeit bill in the 1500 block of Main Street.
