On 03/08/2023, at approximately 0130 hours, officers contacted a vehicle in the 900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. One adult male was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at approximately 0730 hours, officers contacted an adult male in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. The male was placed under arrest for possession of drugs with intent to sale. He was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
THEFT
On Wednesday, 3/8/23, a report was taken about a theft which occurred in the 2500 block of Sunset Street. The suspects are unknown.
RECOVERED VEHICLE
On 03/08/2023 at about 0838 hours, Longmont police recovered two stolen vehicles in the 800 block of south Main Street. An adult male was contacted and arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.
FRAUD
On Wednesday 03/08/2023 around 1900 hours, officers responded to a cold fraud in the 1000 block of South Hover Street. A report was filed.
DEATH
On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at about 1930 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a deceased person. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male was deceased.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On 1/20/2023, officers were dispatched to a report of a hit-and-run crash in the 500 block of S Hover St in Longmont. The case is closed.
THEFT
On Thursday, March 2, 2023 at about 1039 hours, Longmont police took a report of a theft that occurred in the 700 block of Kimbark Street. Officers were told an unknown person entered the business and took a cash box.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at approximately 1347 hours, officers contacted an adult male who wanted to report that an adult female had been on the Internet posing as a juvenile female when an adult male initiated a sexual conversation with her. The case is open and forwarded to investigations.
THEFT
On Wednesday, 03/08/23 A Longmont resident reported an attempted theft in the 700 block of Crisman Drive. There are no investigative leads.
BURGLARY
On Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 0945 hours, an officer responded to the 900 block of 9th Avenue about a cold burglary to a business.
INFORMATION
On 3/8/2023 LPD responded to the 1600 block of Northwestern Road. An information report was taken.
CHILD
ON 03-08-2023 at 1458 hours, an officer was dispatched regarding a past child abuse that occurred near the 5th block of 15th Ave. An arrest was made.
SEX ASSAULT
On 03/08/2023, officers responded to the area of Purdue Drive and Cider Court regarding a sex assault. Report was taken.
DEATH
On Wednesday, 03/08/2023 at approximately 1633 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of S Forham Street for a report of an attended death.
