On 05/12/2022, Longmont PD recieved a voluntary surrender of firearms at the Police Headquarters.
WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, May 12, 2022, Officers contacted a person in the 1900 block of Collyer St. reference a Theft. The female was warned about the theft and arrested on an outstanding warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.
SEX ASSAULT
On 05/12/22, officers took a report of a possible sexual assault on a child that possibly occurred in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 05/12/2022, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 3800 block of Pike Road on a report of a domestic incident. An adult male and adult female were contacted. The two parties were seperated for the night.
SHOPLIFT
On Thursday, 05/12/2022, at approximately 2056 hours, police received a call in relation to a shoplift in the 1200 block South Hover Street. The case is closed pending further information from store.
CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM
On Thursday, 05/12/2022, police conducted an extra patrol in the zero hundred block of South Sunset Street. An adult male was issued a summons for a parks ordinance violation.
ASSAULT
On 05/11/2022, Longmont Police responded to the report of an assault. An adult male was assaulted by another adult male. The suspect is unknown at this time.
DRUG VIOLATION
On 5/11/22, Longmont Police investigated a narcotics related incident in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. Several pounds of marijuana were seized and a report was taken. The case is currently under investigation.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Wednesday, May 11, 2022, a Longmont, CO resident reported an FDC and a theft in the 2900 block of University Ave. There are noinvestigative leads.
CHILD
On 05/11/2022, Longmont Police Officers responded to 3800 block of Pike Road to assist the Department of Housing and Human Services on an interview of child abuse. An adult female, adult male, juvenile male and juvenile female were all contacted. A safety plan was put in place.
BURGLARY
On 05/12/2022, Longmont PD responded to a burglary call in the 1700 block of Antero Drive, Longmont, CO.
THEFT
On 05/12/2022, at about 1505 hours, Longmont Police Officer took a report of a theft that occured in the 300 block of Lashley Street. Officers contacted an adult female who said someone took her cell phone and wallet.
