BURGLARY

On Monday, May 17, 2021, officers responded to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd for a burglary in progress. An investigation was conducted and report was generated. There is no suspect identification known at this time. 

ARSON

On May 17, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Gay St. on the report of a structure fire. A residential structure was engulfed in flames. An adult male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold. Investigation has been turned over to the Longmont Fire Department.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/17/2021, officers investigated a domestic violence incident that took place on 05/17/2021 between an adult female and adult male. After investigation, the adult male was arrested. Case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 5/18/21, Longmont police responded to the 2000 block of Jewel St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. An adult male was arrested for criminal mischief and domestic violence. Case cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 5/18/2021 at about 1023 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. on a report of an assault. An adult female advised she was assaulted by an elderly female.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont Police responded to Walmart North on a report of a shoplift. After further investigation, an adult male was arrested for outstanding warrants. He was issued a municipal summons for theft and transported to the Boulder County Jail for the warrants.

HARASSMENT

On May 18, 2021, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a harassment in the 1200 block of Main Street.

FOLLOW UP

On May 18th, 2021, at approximately 1708 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a follow up in the 14000 block of N. 107th Street, Longmont, CO. A male was contacted and a report was taken.

VICIOUS DOG

On 5/18/2021, officers responded to the area of 15th Avenue and Centennial Drive on a report of a vicious dog. After investigation one dog left its yard and attacked another dog while on a walk with its owner. The aggressive dog's owner was issued a summons. Case is cleared with a summons issued.

THEFT

On Tuesday, May 18th, 2021, officers responded to the 1400 block of Main St. on a report of a theft. An adult male has been issued a summons.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 05/16/21, Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driving recklessly through the Walmart parking lot. The vehicle eluded officers. The driver was identified. A warrant will be sought. Case open.

BURGLARY

On May 17, 2021, officers responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on a report of a burglary. No suspects were identified and a report was taken.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Tuesday May 18, 2021, at approximately 0730 hours, officers responded to the area of Third Avenue and Great Western Drive to recover a stolen vehicle.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, 5/18/21, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief that occurred in the 300 block of Sugar Bin Ct. The suspects are unknown.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, May 18, 2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to a domestic incident in the block of 1900 Mountain View Ave. There were no charges. A report was taken.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On May 18, 2021 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 3500 block of Columbia Dr. on the report of a recovered stolen vehicle.

CHILD

On 5/18/2021, Officers responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave in reference to a child abuse. A report was taken and the case is open pending further investigation.
