THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 300 block of Olympia Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SHOPLIFT

On 05/17/2023, at approximately 2228 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible shoplift in progress in the 2500 block of Main St, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by her dog while breaking up a dog fight in the 00 block of 12th Ave. The dog has been placed on bite quarantine.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, May 18th 2023, an officer was dispatched to the police department lobby reference to a harassment. A report was taken. The case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday May 18, 2023 at 1130 hours an officer took a report of a cold unlawful sexual contact.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday May 18, 2023 at approximately 1511 hours, officers took a report of a cold vandalism that occurred in the 4600 block of Clover Basin Dr, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

HARASSMENT

On 051823, officers took a report of a report protection order violation in the 1600 block of Great Western Dr involving two adult females.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 05/18/2023, at approximately 1830 hours, an officer responded to the 2100 block of Main St, on the report of a suspicious situation. An adult male was contacted and a report was taken, investigation on ongoing.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, May 18, 2023 at about 1842 hours, Longmont Police took a report of possible harassment that occurred in the 200 block of Kimbark Street. Officers found an adult male was calling the police dispatch and harassing them. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, May 18, 2023 at about 2032 hours, Longmont Police stopped two vehicles for a traffic violation at the intersection of Collyer Street and Mountain View Avenue. Officers investigated a possible domestic incident. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 5/18/2023 officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Kimbark Street. A report was taken.

MISSING PERSON

On May 18th, 2023, Longmont Police responded to the report of a runaway juvenile from Shiloh House. The juvenile was entered as a missing runaway. The juvenile later returned home and was removed from the system.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, May 18th, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Collyer St. The adult female driver was found to have outstanding warrants and was transported to jail.

SEX ASSAULT

On 051123 officers responded to the 800 block of Main St on a possible sexual assault. A report was taken.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 05/17/2023 (Wednesday) at approximately 140 hours, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South Sherman to assist with an adult male who was suffering a behavioral health crisis. One adult male was transported to a local facility for further evaluation.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On May 17, 2023 Longmont Police investigated a suspicious phone call to a resident in Longmont. The caller claimed to be with Walmart who had a shipment requiring a payment of money. The elderly female who answered knew this was incorrect and a scam and did not provide the caller with any money. There are no workable leads in this case and there was no financial loss to the victim.

TRESPASS

On 05-17-2023 at 1912 hours officers were dispatched to 200 block of Hover St regarding a trespassing in progress. A subject was identified and arrested due to an outstanding warrant.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Thursday, May 18, 2023, officers responded to the 1300 block of Martin St for a suspicious situation. A report was generated.

BURGLARY

On 05/18/2023, officers took a report in the lobby of the Police Department, regarding a burglary. A report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 05/18/23 An employee of a Longmont,CO business reported vandalism in the 500 block of Coffman St. There are no investigative leads.

VICIOUS DOG

On May 18, 2023, officers responded to the 2300 block of Wedgewood Ave for a vicious dog. A report was generated.

CHILD

On May 18th, 2023 at approximately 1430 hours officers responded to the 800 block of Main Street for a report of a school staff member who pushed a student. Investigation showed the student was aggressive toward staff member.

DUI

On Thursday May 18, 2023, at approximately 1832 hours, Longmont Officers responded to an injury accident in the 400 block of Francis St, Longmont, CO. An adult male was contacted. Cleared by arrest.
