On Sunday, May 7, 2023, at approximately 2300 hours, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Martin St in refernce a burglary in progress. A white male wearing a black jacket was arrested and booked into Boulder County Jail.

PROTECTION ORDER
On Monday, May 8th, 2023, a violation of protection order was reported to Longmont Police Department. An adult male suspect was identified and taken into custody. Case Cleared by Arrest.
DUI
On 05/07/2023 officers responded to the 1400 block of Emerson St for a reported crash. One adult female was interviewed and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This case is cleared by arrest.
DUI
On 5/7/2023, Longmont police responded to the intersection of 17th Ave and Hover St in reference to a crash with injuries. An adult male was arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.
TRESPASS
On 050723 the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult male in violation of park hours in Roosevelt Park at 920 Longs Peak Avenue. The male was issued a municipal summons. Cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On May 8th, 2023 at approximately 0645 hours officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane on a report of a violation of a protection order. One adult male was arrested. The victims include an adult female, two juvenile males, and one juvenile female. Case cleared by arrest.

On Monday, 5/8/23, a Longmont, CO resident reported a first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 600 block of Peck Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
