PROTECTION ORDER

On November 28, 2021, at approximately 0200 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Merl Pl. in reference to a restraining order violation. A 55-year-old male violated his protection order.

DUI 

On Sunday, 11/28/2021, at approximately 0324 hours, police responded to the 600 block South Emery Street in relation to a DUI. An adult female was arrested and later transported to Boulder County Jail.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, November 28, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Emery St. on a report of suspicious activity. An adult male was contacted and issued a county summons. Case is open pending further investigation.

SEX ASSAULT 

On November 28, 2021, at approximately 1042 hours, officers responded to the 1300 block of S. Bowen Street for a reported sexual assault. The sexual assault was unfounded and an adult female was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

FRAUD

On November 27, 2021, around 1600 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Flemming Dr. on report of a fraud. A report was taken.

THEFT

On November 28, 2021, at 1630 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Lashley St. on report of a theft. A report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On November 28, 2021, at approximately 1717 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Meadow Street in Longmont, CO in reference to a restraining order violation.

SHOPLIFT

On November 28, 2021, around 1825 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of E.Ken Pratt Blvd. on report of a shoplift. A report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Saturday, November 27, 2021 Longmont Police Officers responded to a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle in the 1600 blk of Amherst Dr.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 11/27/2021, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Harvard St. and University Dr. An adult male driver was found to be in possession of marijuana with a weight more than six ounces but less than twelve ounces. Charges to be filed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Saturday, November 27, 2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to a criminal trespass in the 2300 block of Zlaten Dr. A report was taken.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On 11/27/2021, at approximately 1000 hours, an officer recovered a reported stolen vehicle in the 1900 block of Mt. Sneffels St., a report was taken.

MISSING PERSON 

On 11/27/2021, at approximately 1400 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Main St. on a runaway. A report was taken and the runaway later returned home.

MENACING

On Sunday, November 28, 2021, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched me to a menacing in the 1900 block of Collyer St. No charges at this time. A report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 1800 block of Terry Street reported an unknown person illegally entered his vehicle and stole several items from inside. There are no investigative leads at this time.

THEFT

An employee of a business in the 000 block of East 9th Avenue reported a theft of property. Suspect information was developed and the case remains open pending additional follow-up.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, November 28, 2021, Longmont Police were dispatched to an assault involving several juveniles in the 600 block of Peck Dr.
