WELFARE CHECK 

Police on Oct. 11 took a report of possible elder abuse in the 800 block of South Fordham Street. 

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Oct. 11 responded to the 1300 block of Merl Place in reference to a previous protection order violation. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Oct. 11 around 2030 hours, police responded to the 1800 block of Queens Drive on a report of a disturbance involving a man and woman. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT 

On Oct. 11 at approximately 2020 hours, officers contacted a delivery driver in the area of Weld County Road 1 and Zlaten Drive. The delivery driver stated that he left his vehicle running while he made a delivery and when he returned to the parking lot the vehicle was gone.

SEX ASSAULT 

Officers on Oct. 9 took a report of an unlawful sexual contact in the 1700 block of Main Street.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Officers on Oct. 9 responded to the 1500 block of Redtail Court on a report of a restraining order violation. A man was contacted, arrested, and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

AUTO THEFT 

Police on Oct. 11 took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of 18th Avenue. No suspects have been identified.

VICIOUS DOG 

On Oct. 11 at approximately 1815 hours, officers responded to the 1000 block of Emery Street in reference to a vicious dog. A loose dog was bitten by a dog leashed to park equipment. A 76-year-old woman also was bitten.

CHILD 

Officers on Oct. 11 responded to the 1500 block of Pratt Street to assist with a civil standby and take a report of an assault. Officers assisted with the civil standby and a report was taken.
