On Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024, at approximately 0001 hours, Longmont Police found an adult male violating an active protection order in the area of S Hover Street / Bent Way. Case Cleared by Arrest.
DUI
On 10/22/2024, Longmont Officers contacted a vehicle in the 300 block of E 21st Ave. An adult female was arrested for DUI.
WARRANT ARREST
On October 21, 2024, at approximately 0533 hours, Longmont Police responded to a trespass at the 600 block of Frontage Rd. An arrest was made.
ASSAULT
On 10/21/2024 (Monday) at approximately 1322 hours, Officers made a phone call on a possible assault which occurred in the 2200 block of Pratt Street. The Officers were unable to contact the victim and followed up later to complete the report.
SEX ASSAULT
On 10/22/24 officers took a cold sex assault report from out of state that took place with in the last year somewhere in the city of Longmont. Case is open and referred to detectives.
FRAUD
On 102224, officers took a phone report of theft from the 2200 block of Ridgeview Way.
THEFT
On 102224, officers took a report of theft from the 600 block of Peck Dr.
ASSAULT
On Monday, October 21, 2024 at about 1047 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Erfert Street on a report of an assault. Upon arrival officers contacted 2 adult females. Neither party was charged and the case closed.
INFORMATION
Longmont Police took an informational report in the 1300 block of S. Judson Street. The report has been forwarded to Boulder County Health and Human Services for review.
FRAUD
On 102224, officers took a report of fraud from the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Sunset Dr on report of a protection order violation. One adult female was taken into custody.
DEATH
On October 22, 2024 Longmont Police and Fire Responded to the 4400 block of Redmond Drive Reference an unresponsive adult male. Emergency Services performed life saving measures for an extended period of time but were unable to revive the male and he was pronounced dead on scene. The Boulder County Coroner responded and ruled the death from natural causes.
MISSING PERSON
On October 20, 2024 Longmont Police received a phone call stating a male juvenile had run away from the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. The juvenile male was entered into the national database and missing and returned home later that evening and was taken out of the database and a report was taken.
TRESPASS
On Sunday, October 20th, 2024, Longmont Police officers responded to the 200 block of South Main St in reference to a trespass. A report was taken.
THEFT
On Monday, October 21st 2024, around 0530 hours, an officer was dispatched a phone report reference to a cold bicycle theft in the 800 block of Parklane Ave. A report was made.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Monday 10-20-2024 the Longmont Police were notified of vandalism in the form of spray paint was found on a Middle School Building. The suspects were unknown.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 10/21/2024 at 1135 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a DV related theft report. Longmont Emergency Communications advised an adult male was wanting to report his ex-fiancée, an adult female, illegally withdrew funds from his bank account in the amount of $68,000.00.
SEX ASSAULT
On 10/21/24, officers took a report of a sex assault in the 800 block of Main St.
FRAUD
On October 21, 2024, at approximately 2036 hours, Longmont Officers took a report regarding a potential identity theft case involving a minor in the 400 block of S Francis St, Longmont Co. A report was taken.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On 10/22/2024, Longmont Officers took a report of a cold criminal mischief incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Emerson Pl. The incident is under investigation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Tuesday, October 22, 2024 around 0045 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Atwood St, reference to a disturbance. An adult male was arrested.
AUTO THEFT
On Tuesday, 10/22/24, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Emery St. The suspects are unknown.

On Tuesday, 10/22/24, a Longmont, CO resident reported first degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft in the 1200 block of Tulip Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
BURGLARY
On 10/22/2024 at 1100 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a burglary report. An adult female was reporting someone broke into the maintenance office and stole the adult male maintenance man's tools. The doorknob to the office was damaged by the suspect(s).

On Tuesday, 10/22/24, a Longmont, CO resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1100 block of Grant Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 10/22/2024 at 1137 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a report regarding the violation of a protection order. Longmont Emergency Communications advised an adult male was reporting his wife, who he has a protection order against, has violated the stipulations of the protection order.

On 10/22/2024, Longmont officers took a report of a sex assault in the City of Longmont involving one juvenile female.
TRAFFIC STOP
On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 1133 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Nelson Rd and Gooseberry Dr. An adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants and issued a traffic citation. This case is cleared by arrest.
