BURGLARY

On Sunday, 10/10/2021, at approximately 0022 hours, police responded to the 1800 block Boston Avenue in relation to an alarm call, later determined to be an attempted burglary. Two juvenile males were arrested shortly afterwards.

ARSON

On October 10, 2021, Longmont Police were patrolling in the area of Lashley and 3rd Ave. While patrolling, the area officers observed an active fire at a residence. The fire was started by an adult male and damaged a fence and some other property in the area.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by one of three dogs at the 300 block of Quail Rd. The dogs have been placed on quarantine and a summons is going to be issued.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 10/10/2021, Longmont officers took a report of a criminal mischief in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Dr.

AUTO THEFT

On October 10, 2021, around 1900 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of S. Main St. on report of a stolen UTV. A report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On October 10, 2021, officers responded to the 1800 block of Lincoln Dr. on a report of a disturbance. An adult female was arrested for a protection order violation and the case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, October 10, 2021, an adult female left her purse unattended in a shopping cart in the 2200 block of Main Street. The purse was stolen by an unknown suspect. A report was completed.

CHILD

On October 9, 2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to a welfare check in the 1200 block of Alpine St. An adult male was contacted, case is ongoing.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10/09/21, an adult female called to report on-going issues with an adult male in the 900 block of Pasque Dr.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 1000 block of Morning Dove Drive reported the theft of her white 2013 Toyota RAV-4 from the driveway of her residence. A report was taken.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Sunday, 10/10/21, Longmont Police responded to a auto versus pedestrian crash at 3rd Avenue and Kimbark Street. A 32-year-old female driver was issued a ticket for the crash.

THEFT 

An employee of a Longmont business in the 1100 block of Francis Street reported the theft of a donation jar by an unknown suspect. There are no investigative leads at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, October 10, 2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1400 block of Collyer St. on a disturbance. A male was found to violate his restraining order. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

A Longmont resident reported the theft of his cargo trailer and its contents from the street in front of a residence in the 2100 block of Lombardy Street. There are no investigative leads at this time.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported an unknown male threw a cell phone at her vehicle while she was driving northbound on South Main Street near Quail Road. A report was taken.

HARASSMENT

On October 10, 2021, Longmont Police fielded a harassment report from the 700 block of Elliot St. The case is ongoing.
