CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, 9/29/21, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 900 block of S. Bross St. The suspect is unknown.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at about 1720 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation that occurred in the 1000 block of Baker Street. Officers found an adult male violated his protection order by contacting the victim. An arrest warrant will be obtained.

ASSAULT

On 09/29/2021, Longmont officers responded to the 1700 block of Cove Ct. reference the caregiver of an assisted living facility not being responsive. Investigation found the caregiver to be suspected of caretaker neglect due to intoxication on duty. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 29, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to a broken down vehicle in traffic at E. 9th Avenue and Lashley Street. A female associated with the vehicle was found to have two warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder County Drug Task Force with an investigation. This is an open and on-going investigation, so all inquires need to be directed to them.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Sunday September 26, 2021, Longmont Police was dispatched to the 200 block of Coffman St, to take a report of two males who were removing items from vehicles. A male was issued a summons.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog while breaking up a dog fight in the 1800 block of Lefthand Creek Lane. The dog was placed on home quarantine.

MISSING PERSON

Longmont Police responded to the area of Main Street and 15th Avenue on a report of a runaway. The juvenile was eventually located.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, officers responded to the 900 block of S. Main St for a first degree criminal trespass of a storage trailer. An investigation was conducted and report was generated. There are currently no known suspects.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 2100 block of Dexter Dr. reference a domestic incident. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On Wednesday, 9/29/21, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft. The suspects are unknown.

BURGLARY

On 09/29/2021 the Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Kimbark St., reference a residential burglary. An unknown suspect unlawfully entered a residence and attempted to steal items of value from within. The suspect was startled in the act by the resident, and fled the scene. No persons were injured, and the suspect is at large.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont, CO resident in the 800 block of S. Terry Street reported a window was broken on her vehicle. There are no investigative leads. A report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 29, 2021 Longmont officers investigated a domestic incident that occurred in the 2000 block of Estes Lane. An adult female was alleged to have entered a residence and taken belongings from the residence that did not belong to her. The residence belongs to an ex-boyfriend. The case is Open.

SHOPLIFT

The Longmont Police Department investigated a theft at 1600 Hover St., B-1. Case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, officers were dispatched to a business in 600 block of Main Street in reference to a counterfeit bill. The bill was collected and a report was completed.

DISTURBANCE

On September 29th, 2021, officer responded to the 2100 block of Main St on reports of a disturbance. A report was taken.

CHILD 

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at about 1805 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a possible child abuse that occurred in the 1400 block of Emery Street. A report was taken.
