THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1600 block of Iron Horse Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 0929 hours, Longmont Police investigated a burglary in the 2000 block of Miller Dr.

SHOPLIFT 

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 300 block of Martin Street. There are no investigative leads or viable suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT 

On September 16, 2021, Longmont Police investigated a stolen vehicle in the 2400 block of 17th Ave. No suspect information was available and the case is closed pending any further information that comes forth or if the vehicle is recovered.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 9/16/2021, LPD responded to the 1600 block of Airport Rd. reference a suspicious situation. It was determined that no crime had occurred.

FOLLOW UP

On September 1, 2021, the Longmont Police Department located a camper trailer in the 1200 block of S. Hover St. that was discovered stolen out of Erie, Colorado on 09/16/2021.

DEATH

On 09/16/2021, around 1900 hours, officers responded to a medical call in the 2700 block of Nelson Road. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On 09/16/2021, Longmont officers responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. reference a disturbance. An adult male was found to have several warrants for his arrest. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, officers were contacted by a business owner in the area of South Main Street and Boston Ave. regarding a theft from someone's business. No suspect information is currently available.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by a dog while biking to school.

AUTO THEFT 

The Longmont Police Department investigated an auto theft out of the Weld County Sheriff's Office. Case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/15/2021, at approximately 1009 hours, officers responded to the 600 block of Peck Drive on the report of an adult male suffering a behavioral health crisis. One adult male was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further evaluation.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at about 1338 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 1200 block of Kimbark Street. Officers found an adult male violated a protection order against an adult female. A warrant will be sought for the male.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bitten by a dog while trying to help the owner after the dog was hit by a car.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On September 15, 2021, officers were dispatched to a roll-over crash in the intersection of 9th Avenue and Lashley Street involving two vehicles.

WEAPON

On 09/16/2021, Longmont officers took an informational report from the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave.

WELFARE CHECK

On 09/15/2021, at approximately 2232 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible disturbance in the 2000 block of Sunset Dr., City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 09/16/2021, at approximately 0149 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible trespass into a vehicle in the 1000 block of Purdue Dr., City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

THEFT

On 09/16/2021, the Longmont Police responded to a reported theft in the 2000 block of Main St. An adult male entered a storage area and stole items of value, leaving in an unknown direction.

FOLLOW UP 

On Thursday, September 16, 2021 the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, 9/16/21, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 3000 block of Colgate Dr. The suspects are unknown.

DISTURBANCE

The Longmont Police Department investigated a disturbance at Carr Park. Case is cleared by summons.

AUTO THEFT 

On Thursday, 9/16/21, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 600 block of Longs Peak Ave. The suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at approximately 1200 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Albion Lane and took a report regarding a first degree criminal trespassing. Three adult males and one adult female were involved.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at about 1224 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Main Street on a report of a theft. Upon arrival, officers were advised an adult male came into the store and took merchandise. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE 

On 09/16/2021, officers took a report of a cold disturbance that took place in the 2300 block of Judson Dr. between an adult female and her adult son. After investigation, the mother did not want to pursue charges but only documented.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/16/2021, Longmont officers took a report reference an alleged domestic violence incident.

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, officers responded to the 3800 block of Florentine Dr. in regard to a trespassing. An adult female was contacted. This case is open pending further investigation.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at about 2033 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Collyer Street on a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, officers were advised someone entered an adult female's apartment and took items. A report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT

On September 16, 2021, officers responded to a Sex Assault allegation in the 1300 block of 9th Ave. A report was taken.
