On Thursday, September 2, 2021, at about 2048 hours, an officer arrested an adult male for violation of a protection order in the 1400 block of Lamplighter Drive. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
DISTURBANCE
On 08/30/2021, at approximately 0726 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of a disturbance. Officers located an adult female who was having a behavioral health crisis. The adult female was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further evaluation.
FRAUD
On Monday, August 30, 2021, Longmont Police took a report of Fraud occurring in the 600 block of Coffman St.
TRESPASS
On September 1, 2021, the Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal trespass that occurred in the 3000 block of Nelson Rd.
THEFT
On September 1, 2021, an officer responded to the 1200 block of Cornell Dr. on reports of a theft. It was found that an adult male had taken money from an adult female. An arrest was made.
DUI
On Wednesday, September 1, 2021, officers responded to the 700 block of S. Main St. for a property damage accident. An investigation was conducted and a DUI arrest was made. Case is cleared by arrest.
HARASSMENT
On 09/01/21, at approximately 2014 hours, an officer took a harassment report. The location occurred at the RTD bus stop at 8th Ave. and Coffman St. The harassment involved the bus driver and an unidentified male. The male was gone when the officer arrived. The investigation did not identify the male and determined no crime occurred. The case is closed.

On Thursday, September 2, 2021, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

DEATH
On Thursday, September 2, 2021, at approximately 1250 hours, Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of S. Collyer St. regarding a welfare check that later became a death investigation.
TRAFFIC STOP
