The Longmont Police Department announced the arrest of Victor Reyes-Ramirez on Wednesday.
An arrest warrant was issued for Reyes-Ramirez on June 16 on charges of sexual assault on a child from a person in a position of trust and a pattern of abuse. He was also charged with aggravated incest. The warrant was a No Bond Warrant with Statewide Extradition.
According to the police, Reyes-Ramirez lived out of his Silver 2007 Chevorlet Impala IT for approximately a year. He is said to have had a criminal history involving drugs, obstruction and resisting arrest.
He was arrested on Wednesday night, thanks to local residents, the Longmont Police Department stated in a Facebook post.
