Public Notice: Sexually violent predator living in Longmont

The Longmont Police Department is bound by Colorado law to notify the public of people determined to be sexually violent predators. 

Nathanal David Allan Lobato is one such individual who is currently living at a community treatment center in Longmont. 

Labato was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a child and the sexual exploitation of a child in 2017, according to the Longmont Police Department.

In the city of Longmont there are 306 registered sex offenders, six of whom are classified as sexually violent predators. Throughout the state there are 20,174 registered sex offenders and 372 classified as sexually violent predators. 

"Vigilantism, or use of this information to harass, threaten, or intimidate this offender is criminal behavior and will not be tolerated," according to a Facebook post from the Longmont Police Department.
