Weld County seeks man wanted for multiple sex crimes involving children

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating 50-year-old Leo Toby Martinez.

Weld County’s second most wanted man faces charges for child sex crimes and the county needs help to find him.

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating 50-year-old Leo Toby Martinez. 

Martinez is wanted for being a suspect in multiple child sex crimes. Today, he faces several active warrants including one for sexually assaulting a child out of Garden City and La Junta, according to a post on the Weld County Sheriff’s Office Facebook. 

At least one victim of Martinez’s sex crimes was under the age of 15, the post adds.

Martinez is described as a Latino male who stands at six feet tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Martinez’s last known address is in the 1500 block of Third Ave. in Greeley.

Tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website at www.NoCoCrimeStoppers.com. Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect(s) may be eligible for a cash reward.
