Family Village, a coworking and community space, will begin offering fitness classes beginning January 28.

To kick off this new program they are offering one week of unlimited classes to the Longmont community. The classes include yoga, dance, HIIT, core, barre, karate, breakdancing and more. Classes run in 45-minute sessions Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons.

Family Village is mindful of working parents and offers a $5 per child per hour childcare service while parents are exercising.

Melanie Piazza, Family Village founder and executive director, states, “I think we offer something to the community that no other venue provides: an affordable and amazing variety of classes, from barre to self-defense to dance, in a relaxed, inspiring and non-competitive environment, with on-site, amazing childcare. We’re really committed to making Village Fitness as much about getting our bodies moving as it as about community and support.”
