The Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting ribbon cuttings for Centura Health Physicians Group and Beau Jo's Pizza next week. All ribbon cuttings are free and open to the public to attend.

On Tuesday, July 10, the ribbon cutting is scheduled for Centura Health Physicians Group from 4-5 p.m. at 2101 Ken Pratt Boulevard, Longmont. You can visit Centura Health Physicians Group's website to learn more about their business. 

On Thursday, July 12, Beau Jo's Pizza will be celebrating their ribbon cutting from 4-5 p.m. at 2033 Ken Pratt Blvd., Longmont. Visit http://www.beaujos.com to learn more about Beau Jo's Pizza.

Interview with Kelly Cowling, Executive Director of Grey Havens Philosophy Group

Grey Havens Group is a local nonprofit philosophy group in Longmont. According to their website, they take "philosophy beyond the classroom" and "engage in profound thinking with people of all generations."

Video from TinkerMill's July 4th Carnival

On July 4th, the Longmont Observer live-streamed parts of the TinkerMill July 4th Carnival. To see the video of the event click here. The carnival began at 4 and lasted until the Longmont Fireworks display ended. Mike Dougherty, Boulder County District Attorney, sat in the dunk tank, encouraging children to throw balls to try to dunk him.
