Cavegirl Coffeehouse, located at 720 100 Year Party Court, Longmont, opened its doors May 14, 2018. This coffeehouse is dedicated to serving its customers with clean and organic coffee and beverages. Lori Abramson, owner of Cavegirl Coffeehouse says that, to her, clean beverages are free of "sugary syrups, processed fruit substitutes and inflammatory ingredients."

Cavegirl Coffeehouse is "a different flavor," said Abramson. "Not a typical Starbucks, Ziggy's, or a Brewing Market. Just something a little bit different." Abramson's favorite features to a coffee shop are under one roof. Those features being the "vibe, people, healthy smoothies, good coffee, good and clean food."

Abramson enjoys an organic lifestyle. Switching her eating habits to clean foods dramatically improved her overall health. She wants to share that experience. "When I realized a lot of my health issues could be resolved with changing my diet, I found it harder and harder to go into a coffee shop and actually get a coffee drink and something to eat."

The coffeehouse serves coffee without refined sugar and health conscious beverages. Vegan options are also available. Cavegirl Coffeehouse offers three syrups with cane sugar, which are Abramson's options for those who want sugar periodically. All three syrups are organic.

"A lot of society doesn't realize how cleaning up their diet, like small things, like eating organic and not having refined sugar and things that are inflammatory, can cure a lot of chronic diseases," said Abramson.

Locally roasted, Cavegirl Coffeehouse beans come from Conscious Coffees. The franchise roasts exclusively in their USDA Certified Organic Roastery, says Abramson. From this organic coffee, she has created an exclusive espresso blend available only at the coffeehouse.

This coffeehouse has more in store. Conference rooms are readily available for those who need the quiet space to work. Abramson says, "you can come in here and close the doors. It's a nice opportunity for five or six people to come in here, have a meeting, have some food, get their stuff done and head out." Customers can reserve the conference rooms via their website or via the 'Schedulicity App' and searching for Cavegirl Coffeehouse, continued Abramson.

Cavegirl Coffeehouse is planning a grand opening celebration in July or possibly early August. In the meantime, the coffeehouse menu will vary throughout the months.
