Series of feedback sessions on coronavirus business impacts kicks off on Tuesday

The series is being presented by Boulder County chambers and economic development agencies, and input “will provide crucial data as we work with regional partners to develop and implement economic recovery plans for Boulder County,” the Boulder County Workforce Center announced in a Monday morning email.

A series of virtual input sessions to gather input from businesses and industries and better understand the economic situation coming out of the coronavirus pandemic will kick off on Tuesday.

The series is being presented by Boulder County chambers and economic development agencies, and input “will provide crucial data as we work with regional partners to develop and implement economic recovery plans for Boulder County,” the Boulder County Workforce Center announced in a Monday morning email.   

Meetings will include business-to-business sharing and facilitated conversations around short- and long-term economic recovery needs, according to the Workforce Center. 

The schedule for feedback sessions is as follows: 

  • Restaurant industry — 2 p.m. Tuesday. Register here.  

  • Natural products industry — 3:30 p.m. Sept. 8. Register here.  

  • Manufacturing industry — 1:30 p.m. Sept. 10. Register here

  • Aerospace industry — 3:30 p.m. Sept. 15. Register here.

  • Thrift Store workgroup — 1 p.m. Sept. 24. Register here.  

  • Tech industry (tech talent Boulder / Broomfield) —8:30 a.m. Sept. 29. Register here.  

  • Health care industry — 3 p.m. Oct. 1. Register here

A noon Sept. 14 session on commercial real estate, managed by Commercial Brokers of Boulder and Commercial Brokers of Longmont, also was included in the email, but registration information was not included.
