Visit Longmont welcomes new board members

Visit Longmont — Longmont’s visitor center — announced Tuesday that it will welcome new directors to its board.

Lee F. Reissig, area sales manager for Courtyard, Residence Inn & Springhill Suites by Marriott and Carla Colin, program and membership manager for the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County will be joining the board. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Lee and Carla to the Visit Longmont Board of Directors. Their experience in the hospitality sector and dedication to the Longmont community will enhance our ability to promote Longmont to potential travelers, providing economic activity for businesses and quality of life benefits for residents,” said CEO and Chief Destination Stewardship Officer Sarah Leonard.

Additionally, the board renewed terms for Kimberlee McKee, executive director for Longmont Downtown Development Authority, Dave Fluegge of Fluegge Consulting and Stacy Litwin, short-term rental owner.
